Love And Peace

i miss him
i miss him
and I never
ever
met him
but
i had him
every day
in the folds
of my skin
in the pits
of my heart
in the crick
of my neck
in the faint
aroma
of my tears
i miss him.
I Nodded
the helicopter of love
landed
and love leaped
out like a huge
harley and just
stood there
in a loud foray of
va-room-varoom.
i got on.
the helicopter pilot
saluted
and lifted off
i hung on tight
he turned and
kissed me
gently on my forehead
"to be continued"
he whispered
i nodded.

Loud
how can
silence
be so silent
when my
thoughts
and memories
are
so
loud
Necessities
we're in love
with the need
of the thought
of not just
being in love,
but the thought
of the necessity of
being loved.
Deceptions
if it quacks
like a duck
smells like a duck
waddles like a duck
then
don't be surprised
if its a
lawyer
a used car salesman
a wolf
or a married man,
but
be very, very
surprised
if its
really
a
duck
Quick Sand
one kiss
and I was
sinking in
his love
Timbre
i miss the timbre of
a man's voice
the depth of a
a mans laughter.
the bottom of the scales
are missing in my life.
the closest I get is the
lonesome tenor of me
Red Light
i had to turn my back.
he was
bowlegged
and swaying to the music
i had to go
straight to
red light
i dare not flirt
with yellow
he was no caution
he was just plain, "no".
